Saloni has over 8 years’ experience in finance, operations, accounting, fund accounting, investor reporting, auditing, taxation, MIS reporting and regulatory compliances. Prior to Epiq Capital, Saloni was a part of Paragon Partners, a growth stage sector agnostic Private Equity Fund for nearly 7 years. She managed the Finance, Compliance, Investor Relations and HR function; where she garnered experience of working through the life cycle of a Category II AIF, from fund raise to exiting portfolios of the fund.

Before Paragon Partners, Saloni was associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, a leading global professional services firm; where she completed her articleship and continued working for nearly 2 years post qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. She was largely responsible for statutory audits, tax audits, limited reviews, compliance certificates and control testing for marquee clients like IDFC Ltd, HDFC Ltd, BNP Paribas Bank and Deutsche Bank.

Saloni is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and Mithibai College alumnus where she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
