Priyesh has over 7 years of experience in India tax and regulatory consulting, focusing on the financial services sector. Prior to joining Epiq Capital, he was part of PwC’s Deals practice, where he advised leading private equity and venture capital clients on tax and regulatory aspects across the fund life cycle. His expertise includes conceptualization and implementation of fund structures in India, overseas jurisdictions and GIFT IFSC, along with assistance on key compliances. During his tenure at PwC, Priyesh also worked on several deals, assisting with due diligences, structuring and executing portfolio acquisitions and exits.

He started his career with EY where he was part of the corporate tax team, where he assisted foreign banks and other financial services conglomerates with tax compliances and litigation.

Priyesh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from NM College. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from KC Law College.
